Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a subscription or return a product. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to make this process as seamless as possible.

Software Subscription Refunds:

If you have purchased a subscription to any of Azokle Pvt Ltd's software products, including azokle.com, and wish to cancel it, you are entitled to do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Please note that refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Hardware Product Returns:

For hardware products under the Azokle Nex brand, if you wish to return your order, you may do so within 7 days from the date of receipt. The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Azokle Advertising Network

In the case of wallet balances under the Azokle Advertising Network, refunds are only initiated when an advertiser permanently deletes their account. The wallet balance will be transferred to the original payment method within 7–15 business days following account deletion.
